How do I apply?

Can I have a cosigner?

Yes, you may have a cosigner.

                                  

How long is my lease term?

7 – 12 Months

 

What deposits are required?

Security Deposit is $300 up to an additional 1 month’s rent contingent on credit. Pet Deposit is an additional $450-$550.

 

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required.

 

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st and is charged a late fee after the 3rd.

 

How do I pay my rent?

Rent payments are made online at www.domuso.com.

 

Are any utilities included in rent?

No, utilities are not included in the rent.

 

What utilities am I responsible for?

You are responsible for electricity, water/sewer and trash ($22 fee)

 

Who is my cable/Internet provider?

Comcast

 

What if I need maintenance?

The property has a full-time Maintenance Team. The Team is also available after hours and weekends for emergencies only.

 

Where can I find a copy of my lease?

You may request a copy of your lease from the Leasing Office.

 

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer?

No

 

Are single occupancy rooms available?

No

 

How do I add a roommate?

You may add a roommate by completing the roommate addendum and application. An $85 application fee is required for screening of additional applicant.

 

 

 

 

 

Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot? 

Parking is first come, first serve

Is the community pet friendly?

Yes

 

What is the pet policy?

We permit up to two pets with 65lbs combined maximum weight. No aggressive dog breeds allowed.

 

What are your restricted breeds?

Akitas, American Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky and Wolf Dog Mix

 

Can I sublet my apartment?

No

 

Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?

Yes, if made payable to Harbour Breeze.

 

Are your apartments furnished?

No

 

Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?

Yes, you are allowed visitors. Visitor passes are not required.

 

Can visitors use the amenities?

Yes, with resident present.

 

How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?

You may contact the Leasing Office during business hours. You will need to contact a locksmith if it is after hours.
